Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki sessions are preformed as a normal Reiki session while integrating different crystals in association to the chakras. Crystals radiate their own powerful energy which helps the body find it's natural rhythm. Crystals help the chakras release negative energy and find balance. Chakra Balancing
Chakras are spiritual energy centers within the human body. Reiki helps access "prana" within these chakras which is the ultimate pure healing energy. There are seven chakras total: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown.
